It is time for the customer of the week again. Jeff Massey of Massey & Associates is the Bucci Insurance customer of the week! Jeff is the President of Massey & Associates Inc. in Lincoln, RI, which has been up and running since 1992. Jeff is a highly qualified Certified Financial Planner that has been working in the insurance field since 1987. The company generally works with individuals 55 or higher who are either ready to retire or retired. Jeff is more than just a person who works in the insurance industry, he is a radio DJ, a seminar host, an author, and someone who truly cares about the people that he helps serve.

Radio is something that Jeff has been involved with for four years now. He says that he enjoys doing it, but its takes some time to get accustomed to hosting a radio show.  Jeff hosts two different radio shows weekly. One of his shows is hosted every Monday at 9:05 a.m. on WRNI called “Senior Financial Strategies.” This is a short 15 minute show where Jeff is interviewed by the station manager about topics that Jeff chooses. Every week Jeff tries to integrate  a current issue into his radio show. On Saturday, Jeff hosts an hour long show on WHJJ, which will soon be moving over to WPRO, by himself. He talks about topics that are of interest to his audience like reducing risk in portfolios, safety nets, income planning and then mixes current topics in the news and media in.  He really cares about his listeners and his customers. Jeff told me that he loves the feeling of helping his clients. The most rewarding thing he said is helping his clients sleep better at night by helping them to achieve their financial goals. He likes making his clients feel secure by providing them with a retirement  income that they cannot outlive.

Aside from hosting radio shows, Jeff hosts monthly seminars at no cost. The people who attend are receiving advice from a highly qualified individual with more that 20 years of experience in the field. He discusses topics from legal documents, living wills, safe money programs, Medicaid, how to maximize wealth for your family and so much more.

After speaking with Jeff briefly, you are able to tell that he is the type of person who really loves to help his clients get the most out of life. Hello everyone and welcome to the Bucci Insurance blog! This is the first blog post of many to come from our insurance agency. My name is Kristen, I am a junior at the University of Rhode Island and a public relations major, I will be the Bucci Insurance representative that will be authoring and updating this blog.

Mr. Tony Bucci is President and founder of Bucci Insurance Group, an independent insurance agency/brokerage established in 1981. Tony has over twenty-nine years experience in the property and casualty insurance business. He has assisted both individuals and businesses with strategic planning, risk management, leveraging their insurance budgets and loss control. His experience includes both property and casualty and health insurance issues.

Tony is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a member of the CPCU society. He is a past president of the Rhode Island Chapter of the CPCU Society, served from 2005 to 2006. In 2008, Tony was elected to serve as 09-10 president of the Warwick Rotary Club, a chartered club of Rotary International, which is a community service organization that also does international service work.

We are extremely excited about our new blog and how it will help to inform the people of Rhode Island on all of our insurance services.

Our blog posts will cover a variety of insurance topics from personal and business, mainly focusing on our auto, home, contractor, and restaurant insurance. Aside from informing you on how our insurance can help, we will also be posting about feature topics in the news both national and local, local events that we are involved with, spotlight posts about our clientele, and any other fun and interesting news that we believe you, our readers and clients, will enjoy!
